Henry...

Henry came into rescue after his owners circumstances changed and she had to go back to full time employment. After much thought, his owner realised that she could no longer give Henry the time that a large, bouncy, intelligent doodle needed. Sadly she decided it was in his best interests to rehome him. Labradoodle Rescue were pleased to be able to help find Henry a loving new home.

From Henry's new owner...

Well, he's here!!!  He arrived fully equiped with bed, toys, food, etc .  We walked both dogs and then his previous owner decided to get going.  She was holding up very well, but she has obviously been quite devoted to Henry not just his physical welfare but also his training, very well behaved, super nature.

We took them out again in the evening for a LOOOOONG walk to tire them out.  In the evening, when we were watching TV in the lounge Henry (alone with Minty in the kitchen) started barking - presumably for attention.   We dug out our Jan Fennell and refreshed our skills!!!   Nevertheless we expected a disturbed night!  However, once lights were out we heard not a peep from them.   Bliss!!  So, without liking to tempt fate, I think we are off to a really good start.  I'll let his previous owner know how he is this evening, she is keen to visit him in the future and we'll be pleased to see her again.

I've attached a couple of photos from last nights walk (Minty is the lighter one, and although in one of the photos Henry appears smaller, they are actually the same size!)

Many thanks for setting it up.

Kind Regards
Roberta
