Lara's happy ending...

Lara Doody has come to share our home with us.. that is..Darcey Doodle(Black F1 age 19mths), Austin (OH) and myself Catherine. She is a little star and all the credit is to her previous owner. There was not a peep out of either Lara or Darcey on our three hour trip back to leicestershire. They both slept together Saturday night without any problems. Yesturday morning we took them out together for about 1.5 hours in the fields...they had a great time. Lara waited with Darcey at every sty and she followed Darcey all the time. They both had the usual doodle dash through the woods. I have taken some photos and will down load them asap. She has settled in very very well. We went on a 2 mile road walk early this morning and she was a little gem on her lead...she will be able to teach Darcey a thing or two when it comes to lead work.  Thank you to everyone at the rescue centre.  We promise to take very very good care of Lara  Doody.
